We provide all of that for you conveniently and affordably! In NJ, the vehicle must have a center console handbrake, cannot have tinted windows, must have current registration, insurance and inspection, cannot have any vehicle maintenance lights showing and must have red decals on the front and rear license plates, and the driver must have a NJ license for the past 3 years and be over 21 years of age.
